Publishing & Audio Account Manager

We’re hiring a Publishing & Audio Manager to join our collaborative, creative and forward‑thinking Publishing & Audio team. This role plays a key part in shaping how brands connect with audiences across Digital Display, Print, Radio and Digital Audio, from first brief through to delivery and learning. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, working closely with clients, partners and internal specialists to deliver work that’s thoughtful, effective and high‑quality. If you enjoy turning insight into action and building strong relationships along the way, this is a role where you can really make an impact.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning the day‑to‑day planning, activation and delivery of Digital Display, Print, Radio and Digital Audio campaigns, from brief to post‑campaign review.
  • Interpreting and constructively challenging briefs, using audience and market insight to develop clear, well‑reasoned media responses.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with publishers, audio partners and technology providers to identify the right mix of partners for each brief.
  • Negotiating media pricing and value, tracking delivery against agreed quality, pricing and audit targets, and applying learnings across campaigns.
  • Coordinating campaign set‑up, including creative assets, insertion orders and trafficking, and resolving issues to keep campaigns on track.
  • Leading client status calls and meetings, sharing insights, recommendations and optimisation opportunities with clarity and confidence.
  • Managing and supporting Executives and Senior Executives, helping to prioritise workloads, develop skills and grow confidence in their roles.

Skills we’re looking for

  • Experience planning and/or activating Digital Display, Print, Radio and Digital Audio campaigns, with responsibility for end‑to‑end delivery.
  • A genuine interest in media, advertising technology and how the marketplace is evolving.
  • Confidence working with data and numbers, using tools like Excel to check accuracy and draw meaningful insights.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and keep campaigns well documented and organised.
  • Practical experience planning and delivering print campaigns, including supplier management and quality assurance.
  • An understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and how different channels work together within an integrated plan.
  • A collaborative, organised approach, with the ability to prioritise, problem‑solve and stay focused when managing multiple live campaigns.
