About The Role

The Purchase Administrator position based in Walsall is a full-time temporary role, paying £12.91 per hour, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

  • Managing invoicing and credits across sales and purchase ledgers
  • Reception and telephone duties
  • Collating delivery notes
  • Maintaining supplier files
  • Completing goods-in records for the traceability system
  • Processing sales orders
  • Updating planning spreadsheets
  • Generating daily production paperwork

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience

My client based in Walsall is currently recruiting for a Purchase Admin to join the team on a temporary basis.

Duties of a Purchase Admin include

  • Invoicing & credits on Sales & Purchase ledgers
  • Managing reception & telephones
  • Collating delivery notes, completing goods in records & scanning to traceability system
  • Maintaining supplier files & documentation
  • Processing sales orders & entering on planning spreadsheet
  • Generating daily production paperwork as per production plan
  • Reconciling & invoicing against dispatch paperwork
  • Finished goods stock take
  • Ordering ingredients & packaging
