Gamma is collaborating with Hackajob to connect them with exceptional professionals for the role of Purchase Ledger Administrator. This is an opportunity to build experience in a purchase-ledger and expenses environment within a high-growth, industry-leading communications business.

What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day

  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Handling payments via bank and credit cards
  • Reconciling the monthly credit card statement
  • Reviewing employee expenses to ensure compliance with Group policy and HMRC rules
  • Resolving supplier queries and disputes
  • Setting up supplier and employee accounts
  • Supporting general administrative tasks for the finance team

Requirements

  • Prior experience in purchase-ledger administration or a strong understanding of accountancy
  • Exceptional attention to detail – accuracy is paramount in this role
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivated, proactive, and customer-service focused
  • Professional telephone manner and numeracy skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial systems
