About The Role
Draken is looking for a detail-oriented and organised Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with purchase ledger experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate financial records.
Reporting to the Treasurer and Ledger Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring supplier invoices, payments and expenses are processed accurately and on time while providing excellent support to both internal colleagues and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices using Aerotrac, matching invoices to purchase orders.
- Obtain approval for non-purchase order invoices.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies, including requesting refunds and copy invoices where required.
- Process Purchasing Card and Company Credit Card transactions and reconcile statements.
- Process employee expenses through XpenseEez.
- Verify supplier bank details for weekly payment runs.
- Support the processing of weekly supplier payments via Barclays.
- Respond to supplier and internal finance queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist colleagues within the Purchase Ledger team and provide holiday cover when required.
- Support month-end activities and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures and Health & Safety standards.
