About the Role & Opportunity
Join Vertu at our Vertu Volkswagen Nottingham South Finance Hub, where we’re offering a Purchase Ledger Clerk role with a basic salary of £26,436 and an excellent benefits package.
As part of your role, you’ll directly support the accounts function in all aspects of dealership accounts within our dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process high volumes of invoices – ensuring accuracy and timely recording
- Reconcile supplier statements – maintaining financial clarity
- Run monthly payment processes – coordinating with suppliers
- Resolve invoice discrepancies – handling any discrepancies that arise
- Process and prepare bank payments – ensuring timely transactions
- Maintain purchase ledgers – managing records for all dealerships
- Ad-hoc duties – supporting the finance function as needed for operational efficiency
