Description

  • Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile supplier statements to ensure account accuracy.
  • Handle payment runs, ensuring all payments are made on schedule.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies with suppliers.
  • Maintain up-to-date and organised purchase ledger records.
  • Assist with month-end processes and reporting as required.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
  • Support the wider accounting and finance team with ad-hoc tasks.
