Description
- Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile supplier statements to ensure account accuracy.
- Handle payment runs, ensuring all payments are made on schedule.
- Investigate and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies with suppliers.
- Maintain up-to-date and organised purchase ledger records.
- Assist with month-end processes and reporting as required.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Support the wider accounting and finance team with ad-hoc tasks.

Profile
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
