The Company
We are supporting a fast-growing business in the construction site services sector. The company provides a centralised hub for construction customers, helping them access essential services, materials and operational support to keep building projects moving. This is a confidential opportunity at this stage. The company name will be shared with candidates who are shortlisted for the next step of the process.
What You Will Do
- Process supplier invoices into the purchasing system
- Keep supplier account reconciliations accurate and up to date
- Reconcile subcontractor invoices against job costs in Salesforce
- Manage day-to-day supplier queries and resolve issues as they arise
- Prepare suggested payment runs for review
- Prepare payments on the banking system
- Post bank transactions on Sage
- Reconcile credit card transactions with merchant statements and supplier documentation
- Liaise with internal teams involved in daily operations
- Support ad hoc finance and administration tasks as needed

Your Profile
- Experience working in a finance, accounts payable or finance administration role
- Strong organisational skills, especially in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable managing different workloads and keeping daily tasks structured
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM systems and software tools
- Positive, collaborative and adaptable mindset
- Ability to work accurately with invoices, reconciliations, payments and supplier documentation
- Comfortable working in a growing business where priorities may change quickly
