What You’ll Do as Purchase Ledger Clerk
The backbone of smooth operations: ensure suppliers are paid accurately, on time, while driving excellence i unprecedented finance team.
- Process supplier invoices through NetSuite (matching, coding, posting correctly)
- Reconcile vendor statements to resolve discrepancies
- ** Liaise** proactively with suppliers and internal teams on processes
- Support month-end closing activities and reconciliations
- Monitor vendor Accounts Payable inbox; prioritise queries efficiently
- Handle supplier credit notes and maintain up-to-date supplier records
- Spot leaks in bottlenecks; champion continuous process improvement

- Prioritise Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable (AP) experience (core to your toolkit)
- High-volume invoice processing confidence to keep pace
- Reconciliation acumen to cement accuracy
- Unwavering attention to details—every decimal means
- Agile organiser: meet tight multitasking deadlines with aplomb
- Clear communicator between suppliers, colleagues, and operational units
- Advanced Excel as second-nature, dynamic data manipulation
- NetSuite experience is advantageous—but adaptability reigns supreme

- Salary: £27,500–£32,000 (scale with experience)
