What You’ll Do as Purchase Ledger Clerk

The backbone of smooth operations: ensure suppliers are paid accurately, on time, while driving excellence i unprecedented finance team.

  • Process supplier invoices through NetSuite (matching, coding, posting correctly)
  • Reconcile vendor statements to resolve discrepancies
  • ** Liaise** proactively with suppliers and internal teams on processes
  • Support month-end closing activities and reconciliations
  • Monitor vendor Accounts Payable inbox; prioritise queries efficiently
  • Handle supplier credit notes and maintain up-to-date supplier records
  • Spot leaks in bottlenecks; champion continuous process improvement

  • Clear communicator between suppliers, colleagues, and operational units
  • Advanced Excel as second-nature, dynamic data manipulation
  • NetSuite experience is advantageous—but adaptability reigns supreme
