The Role
Purchase Ledger Assistant – A critical position ensuring smooth, accurate financial operations.
As part of our Purchase Ledger Reconciliation team, you’ll play a pivotal role in:
- Processing and reconciling invoices with precision.
- Maintaining supplier relationships to support business growth.
- Location: Head Office in Crewe (UK).
- Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end purchase ledger processes across multiple ERP systems for Radius Suppliers.
- Build and nurture relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers.
- Process invoices, including input, coding, and obtaining authorisations, before submitting payments.
- Handle statement reconciliations and creditor ledger management.
- Perform bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills
Essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
- Exceptional attention to detail—critical for financial roles.
- Excellent organisation with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads.
- Commitment to world-class customer service.
Desirable
- Experience with Sage platforms.
- Familiarity with multi-currency operations.
- Knowledge of purchase order systems.
