About the Role
The role of Purchase Ledger Assistant is vital. In this position, you’ll:
- Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing
- Maintain strong supplier relationships
- Specialize in reconciliation works within the Purchase Ledger Reconciliation team
Based at our Head Office in Crewe, the role operates Monday to Friday (8.30 am – 5.30 pm).
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Managing end-to-end purchase ledger processes for Radius Suppliers across various ERP systems
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external contacts
- Inputting, categorising, and approving all invoices
- Handling payment duties (generating and issuing payments)
- Conducting statement and creditor reconciliations
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Driving process improvement initiatives

Requirements
Essential
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team player mindset
- Attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
- Highly organised, with strong multi-tasking and workload management skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Desirable
Experience with:
- Sage platforms (python1345)
- Multi-currency environments
- Purchase order systems
