Purchase Progression Specialist (Remote)

Conveyancing / Purchase Progression Specialist – Remote Role

Harte Recruitment is collaborating with a leading property business seeking a Purchase Progression Specialist to oversee residential purchases from instruction to completion.

This role is not a traditional sales progression post but instead requires technical conveyancing expertise to:

  • Spot legal or lender issues early
  • Develop practical solutions
  • Keep over 500 transactions progressing annually

As part of a trusted remote team, you’ll:

  • Work autonomously on high-value transactions
  • Build strong relationships with solicitors
  • Help safeguard revenue by reducing fall-through risks

The Package

  • £35,000 – £40,000 basic salary + performance-related bonus (up to £50,000+)
  • Fully remote working with mandatory monthly team meetings in the Midlands
  • Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Private medical cover

Key Responsibilities

  • Progress residential purchases and sales through to completion
  • Support the Head of Asset Management in achieving transaction targets and milestones
  • Liaise with solicitors to maintain smooth progress
  • Identify potential issues (legal, title, lender-related) before they escalate
  • Resolve challenges to minimise delays and fall-throughs
  • Manage an effective, autonomous caseload without micromanagement
  • Collaborate with operations teams to maximise completions
  • Mentor and coach colleagues to meet KPIs
  • Ensure quality outcomes while working under strict deadlines

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have a UK residential conveyancing background, with experience as either:
    • A Conveyancer or
    • A Conveyancing Paralegal
  • Demonstrate strong domestic conveyancing knowledge, including lender requirements
  • Exhibit excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Enjoy being proactive and solution-focused rather than merely reactive
  • Handle a high-volume pipeline of purchases and sales efficiently
  • Show confidence in independently managing your workload
  • Adopt a tenacious, results-driven attitude with an eye for detail
  • Display a reliable and trustworthy work ethic while adapting to remote working

Ideal candidates will demonstrate the drive to solve problems and deliver seamless transaction progressions with integrity.
