Purchase to Pay Associate
About the Role
The Finance family develops, refines, and implements the financial policies, plans, measures, and controls to safeguard and accurately report the business’s financial results.
This role reports to the Purchase to Pay Lead, providing day-to-day administrative and clerical duties associated with processing, recording, reconciling, reporting, and paying suppliers.
Job Summary
The Purchase to Pay Associate supports the Purchase to Pay process, ensuring accurate invoice processing, payment execution, supplier record maintenance, and adherence to reporting schedules.
Duties and Responsibilities

Invoice Processing
- Checks, codes, and processes vendor requests for payment according to standard procedures
- Reviews and addresses any invoice queries before finalising payment

Supplier Record Management
- Maintains accurate files and records for a large number of suppliers in compliance with process and data standards
- Generates standard reports according to the designated schedule

Supplier Communication
- Addresses and responds to vendor queries via standard office software, producing professional emails, letters, memoranda, and routine reports

Reporting and Reconciliation
- Runs routine reports and performs necessary reconciliation activities as per established processes

- Follows mandatory procedures to ensure work meets required quality standards and upholds external regulatory codes and Survitec’s internal codes of conduct

- Manages and resolves supplier disputes and queries effectively

Experience and Qualification
- Education: High School or Further Education College qualification, equivalent to:
- 2 A-Levels
- Experience: 1-3 years of general administrative or operational experience
- Demonstrates ability to work unsupervised, complying with set processes
