Job Description: Are you an experienced P2P professional who enjoys supporting people, improving processes, and making a positive impact? Ipsen is looking for a P2P Team Leader to help guide our Procure-to-Pay team within the Finance Shared Service Centre. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in delivering efficient, compliant, and high-quality service across SAP and Ariba environments, while contributing to ongoing transformation and continuous improvement. What you’ll do Support and guide the team in managing daily P2P activities, helping to prioritise workloads, meet SLAs, and create a positive team environment Act as a key point of knowledge for P2P processes and systems, including SAP ECC6/S4HANA and Ariba, while supporting the PR/PO lifecycle and mailbox management Use performance data and regular reporting to identify opportunities for improvement and help shape better ways of working Help manage supplier onboarding and enablement in Ariba, including catalogue testing and collaboration with cross-functional teams Keep process documentation up to date, support user training, and communicate process changes in a clear and accessible way Promote good governance by supporting internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance standards Build trusted working relationships with colleagues across Procurement, IT, Finance, and our supplier network What we’re looking for A good understanding of Procure-to-Pay and Accounts Payable processes, with experience using SAP and procurement platforms; Ariba experience would be helpful Experience leading, coordinating, or supporting operational teams; shared service or global experience would be an advantage Confidence working with data, solving problems, improving processes, and balancing multiple priorities Strong communication skills and the ability to support training, build relationships, and work collaboratively with different stakeholders Fluent English language skills; an additional European language would be a welcome bonus Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with some occasional travel as needed Why Ipsen The chance to be involved in meaningful P2P transformation projects, including SAP S/4HANA and Ariba A collaborative and supportive culture that values accountability, learning, development, and continuous improvement The opportunity to make a global impact while being part of a friendly regional Finance Shared Service Centre We are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported; where we embrace “The Real Us”.
