Case

London-based furniture brand, Case, are looking for an experienced Purchasing / Supply Chain Planner to join our friendly and growing team at our head office in Wandsworth, London. The role's core remit will be to maintain and monitor correct stock levels, ensure smooth fulfilment of sales orders and manage established supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor stock levels and place purchase orders with suppliers based on forecast and actual requirement using a FIFO system.
  • Proactively communicate with international suppliers to create and maintain relationships.
  • Adjust priority of schedule to meet business requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with Product Development and suppliers to overcome production challenges to avoid delays.
  • Communicate stock availability and delays with the Sales and Sales Support teams.
  • Maintain production dates and complete all Purchase Orders.
  • Authorise supplier invoices.
  • Work collaboratively with the Logistics team to coordinate movement of goods and fulfilment of Sales orders.
  • Compile performance reports for suppliers and Senior management.
  • Manage pricing.
