About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Analyst to join our dynamic team at Infosec. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents, as well as implementing security measures to protect our clients' digital assets. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to cybersecurity challenges. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related domain, with a solid understanding of security frameworks, network protocols, and threat intelligence. Strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and analyze potential threats using various security tools and platforms.
- Investigate security incidents and coordinate response efforts to mitigate risks and prevent future occurrences.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address security weaknesses.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security compliance and awareness across the organization.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technology solutions.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and provide recommendations for improving security posture.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of security tools and infrastructure.
