I’m hiring for a high-performance technology team operating at the intersection of real-time data, statistical modelling, and trading.
You’ll work on challenging backend engineering problems, including:
- ⚡ Building low-latency, real-time data feeds
- 🐍 Developing production systems with Python 3.10+
- 🌐 Advanced web scraping and reverse engineering
- 📡 Working with Kafka, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, and Redis
- 📊 Improving observability with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana
- 🤝 Collaborating directly with traders, quants, and engineers

This is an environment that values speed, ownership, and real-world impact over chasing perfect code. You’ll own software throughout its lifecycle — from design and development through to production support.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Strong commercial Python experience
- Experience with advanced web scraping and reverse engineering, including navigating bot-protection tooling
- A Computer Science or numerical degree from a top university
- Strong technical decision-making and communication skills
