• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in IT project management or a similar role.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud technologies, and cybersecurity principles.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical requirements are understood and met.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and executive management.
• Identify potential risks and issues early on, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to foster collaboration and transparency.
• Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and in accordance with organizational standards.
• Promote best practices in project management and encourage continuous improvement within the team.
