- Building next-generation Python trading platforms to automate front office workflows and replace legacy processes.

The Role
- Design and develop production-grade Python applications and backend services.
- Build scalable distributed systems, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Work closely with traders, quants, and business stakeholders to deliver software that directly supports investment and trading activities.
- Contribute to architecture, system design, and greenfield platform development.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while collaborating with highly experienced engineers.
What We're Looking For
- Strong commercial Python development experience.
- Experience building backend applications, APIs, or distributed systems.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals with a focus on clean, maintainable code.
- Strong problem-solving ability and an interest in tackling complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
