Position: Python Game Developer (Panda3D)
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $50 - $120/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10 - 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize 3D game simulations using Panda3D for AI training applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and debug Python and C++ codebases integrated with Panda3D.
- Manage source code and collaboration workflows using GitHub.
- Optimize applications for cross-platform compatibility and performance.
- Document architecture, code, and development processes clearly.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to collaborative engineering discussions.

Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience developing with Panda3D.
- Strong proficiency in Python and C++.
- Experience using GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
- Deep understanding of 3D graphics pipelines, simulation systems, and cross-platform development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
