Python Software Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen at a leading semiconductor company developing breakthrough wireless connectivity technology, based in Cambridge.

This role offers an exciting chance for a Python Software Engineer to join a multidisciplinary engineering team, focused on translating advanced algorithms into robust, production-ready software deployed on complex RF hardware. You will collaborate closely with hardware and systems engineers, transforming measurement and optimisation concepts into real-world applications.

Onsite Working Model

Candidates must commit to an onsite working arrangement, with a requirement to be based at the office at least 4 days a week.


Experience & Expertise

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong experience in Python programming for desktop development
  • Expertise in algorithmic implementation and optimisation
  • Experience working with hardware or embedded systems environments
  • A preference for those with prior exposure to RF systems or wireless communication
