Senior Front Office Python Engineer | Up to £125,000 + Bonus + Exceptional Benefits

Location: Central London (3 days onsite)

We're partnering with a leading global investment bank to hire a Senior Front Office Python Engineer to join a high-performing trading technology team. This is a hands-on, front-office role working directly with traders and quants on real-time Risk and P&L systems, sitting at the heart of a fast-paced trading environment.

  • Design, build, and enhance real-time risk and P&L platforms
  • Deliver front-to-back solutions for new product enablement
  • Collaborate directly with traders, quants, and risk managers
  • Work on low-latency, event-driven systems in a high-impact environment

Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Extensive hands-on Python development experience
  • Previous banking / financial services experience (Tier 1 strongly preferred)
  • Strong front office exposure (direct interaction with trading desks)
  • Proven experience building Risk AND P&L systems
  • Background in Rates / Fixed Income / derivatives
  • Experience with high-performance, real-time systems
