What Will You Do?
- Collaborate in a cross-functional environment alongside FE, BE, Product Teams, Designers, and QA Engineers.
- Participate in end-to-end product planning, from discovery to deployment, shaping the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Work at "Deel Speed"—developing new features, APIs, and continuously improving core products while resolving bugs.
- Ensure premium customer experiences with white-glove support for Deel’s products.

What You’ll Bring
Technical Expertise
- 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer with deep knowledge of:
- QA methodologies (Standard Test, Shift Test, Performance)
- Test tools (Jira, Mocha/Jest, Playwright)
- API testing (Axios/Got, Postman)
- REST API testing and multi-tenant environments (understanding how configurations impact a single codebase)
- SQL queries
- CI/CD processes
- JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency
- Hands-on experience with 24/7 SaaS products (preferably in a major cloud vendor environment)
- Experience working in distributed teams and remote-first cultures
Soft Skills & Mindset
✅ Can design, write, execute, maintain, and debug applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, Mocha/Jest, Playwright, and API testing tools. ✅ Thrives in both manual and automated testing, applying best practices in both domains. ✅ Adaptable in a remote-first, collaborative culture where agility, ownership, and teamwork are key. ✅ Communicates complex concepts clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. ✅ Drives customer-centric solutions with a problem-solving mindset ("Default Optimism"). ✅ Practices genuine care for impact on users and colleagues.

🔹 Have experience in Fintech or HRTech ecosystems. 🔹 Understand the intricacies of global compliance for SaaS products.
