Position: QA Automation Engineer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $30 - $80/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and Postman.
- Execute comprehensive test plans and analyze results to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and contribute to a shared quality vision.
- Continuously improve automation frameworks and test strategies for greater efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to uphold QA best practices.
- Document test cases, results, and issues clearly for seamless team communication.

Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency with Selenium, Postman, and Cypress for automated testing.
- Strong command of QA automation principles and experience in developing scalable test frameworks.
- Thorough understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and defect management processes.
- Proven track record of working effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills focused on delivering top-quality results.
