About the role
ProblemShared is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join the Engineering team. We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to work in a high-performance team at a scaling health technology company.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in manual and automation testing. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes and automation testing experience.
You will
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-quality software solutions
- Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment
- Implement and execute functional, integration, regression, and acceptance tests
- Create and maintain test cases, test data and test execution reports
- Create and maintain automation tests for the regression test suite
- Contribute to solutions for issues/errors based on the understanding of the system and client business processes
- Be involved in all Agile ceremonies
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
What we are looking for
Must haves
- Proven experience with manual testing
- Proven experience with Automation testing using Playwright, TypeScript
- Demonstrated ability to write, maintain, and execute test cases
- Expertise in developing and maintaining BDD-style automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript
- Experience in test management tools ex; TestRail
- Strong QA principles and mindset
- Ability to work autonomously but escalate when needed
- Willing to make process improvement suggestions
