Senior QA Engineer (AI-Powered Digital Pharmacy Platform) | Foundation Health
About Foundation Health
Foundation Health is transforming healthcare through an AI-powered digital pharmacy platform that seamlessly connects operational infrastructure with high-quality patient experiences. Our mission is to transform patient-centric care by:
- Connecting fragmented systems
- Optimizing care coordination
- Removing friction from the patient journey
We believe progress comes from a supportive and inspiring work environment that drives creativity and innovation—not only advancing our mission but also empowering our team, partners, and most importantly, patients. We embrace diverse perspectives and seek individuals committed to excellence and forward-thinking.
Fixing Healthcare, One System at a Time
Healthcare workflows are often outdated (90s-era systems). Foundation Health is addressing this head-on, particularly in pharmacy infrastructure, where we build AI-powered solutions that integrate directly with EHRs and help health systems operate at scale—not just a chatbot, but real, transformative systems.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Role
At Foundation Health, QA isn’t just a checkbox—it’s decision-making about whether something is ready to ship. Healthcare has real stakes, so we need a QA engineer who: ✔ Drives rigorous testing (regression testing, UAT, documentation, hands-on manual validation) ✔ Takes AI-powered testing seriously (using tools like Playwright MCP and agentic workflows before they’re mainstream) ✔ Has genuine pride in quality and isn't afraid to push back
You’ll be building Foundation Health’s QA culture from the ground up—greenfield, no legacy constraints to overcome.
What You’ll Be Doing
Technical Focus
- Playwright for front-end automation
- Postman for API testing across core platforms
- Modern stack: Node.js, TypeScript, SvelteKit, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
You’ll work closely with engineers to: ✅ Catch issues early ✅ Support complex implementations ✅ Ensure our move-fast culture doesn’t compromise quality
When something isn’t ready, you’ll speak up—and we’ll listen.
