Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our products through meticulous testing and analysis. In this role, you will design and execute test plans, perform manual and performance testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues. You will also validate data integrity, track bugs, and contribute to improving product quality and test processes. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, hands-on QA experience, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases tailored to various products.
- Perform detailed manual testing to identify bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and product managers to understand requirements and ensure thorough test coverage.
- Monitor system performance during stress, load, and endurance tests, and report any anomalies.
- Document, track, and manage bugs and issues using tools like JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and verification.
- Validate data integrity across backend systems and databases to ensure accurate and secure transactions.
- Provide feedback on products and suggest improvements for better testability and reliability.
- Maintain and update test documentation, including test cases, plans, and technical reports.

Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in QA/ Software testing.
- Experience in manual testing; automation testing experience would be a great advantage.
- Ability to independently develop comprehensive test plans, design detailed test cases, and maintain accurate testing documentation.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a good team player.
- Experience in iGaming products is a definite advantage.
- Knowledge in JIRA, TestRail & BrowserStack is a plus.
- Able to read and write Chinese language.
