We’re building Icon Training, an AI-powered fitness platform that helps trainers and athletes scale their coaching worldwide through digital trainer clones.
Role Description
This is a remote role for our Growth Team. We’re looking for someone ambitious who wants hands-on experience in UI/UX, product quality assurance, creator partnerships, influencer outreach, and start-up growth marketing.
This is an unpaid position, with long-term employment and commission-based opportunities.

What you’ll do:
- Test an exciting new product, helping us perfect it before we go to market
- Identify athletes and fitness influencers
- Start conversations via Instagram, TikTok and email
- Book intro calls for the founder
- Track leads and partnerships
- Help grow the Icon creator network

Time commitment:

Compensation:

Qualifications:
- Strong Communication skills, especially in conveying brand voice
- Ability to analyse social media performance metrics and suggest optimizations
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
