About Us

Correla is derived from correlation, because we’re all about exploring and enhancing relationships between data, people, and processes. Our SaaS products and Managed Service solutions combine to power industry innovation, simplify an increasingly complex market, and deliver cost and operational efficiencies.

Our goal is to support industry transformation, to move to a net-zero future and to positively impact the end-consumer.

About the Role:

  • Quality Leadership and Early Engagement: Lead quality engagement throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring quality considerations are understood and addressed from the earliest stages of delivery. Facilitate quality discussions during refinement and planning activities, challenge requirements that are incomplete, ambiguous or introduce unnecessary risk, and promote a proactive approach to quality across the team.
  • People Leadership and Development: Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and mentoring to QA team members. Support objective setting, career development and capability growth, helping individuals develop their skills and achieve their potential whilst fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Quality Planning and Delivery: Define and oversee quality activities across the product, contributing directly to testing and quality validation activities whilst ensuring appropriate coverage, risk mitigation and delivery outcomes. Balance delivery priorities, quality objectives and available resources to support successful delivery.
  • Quality Engineering and Technical Leadership: Lead the adoption and continuous improvement of automation approaches, tooling and quality engineering practices. Support the team in developing and maintaining effective automation that provides efficient, reliable and sustainable quality validation throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: Work closely with developers, product managers, stakeholders and end users to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to improve products, processes and ways of working, helping drive improvements that enhance quality, delivery effectiveness and customer outcomes.
  • Quality Risk Management: Assess, communicate and help manage quality risks throughout delivery. Provide clear and balanced recommendations that support informed decision-making, ensuring quality considerations are understood and appropriately addressed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
