BRAND NEW CONTRACT ROLE
QA Lead | Outside IR35 | Manchester (Mainly Remote, 4 Days/Month) | 6 Months Initially
You'll lead the transformation of QA, embedding it throughout the SDLC while driving the team's transition from predominantly manual testing to automation.

- Led QA teams (3/4+ direct reports)
- Implemented change by introducing new QA processes, tooling, and ways of working
- Experience defining QA strategy while remaining hands-on when needed
- Upskilled teams from Manual to Automation
- Experience with mission-critical backend systems (payments/fintech ideal)
- Used AI to improve testing processes
- Embedded QA throughout the SDLC, working closely with engineering teams

Additional Requirements:
- Can commute to Manchester (4 days a month) and start within the next few weeks
- C#/.NET experience is a nice-to-have
