Earn Big: Competitive hourly rate, with the potential to earn over £630 per week!

Balanced Schedule: We have a shift pattern of 06.00am - 14.00pm Monday to Friday, giving you more time for yourself.

Job Role

The QA Operative supports production teams by promoting food safety and quality standards, ensuring monitoring equipment is accurate and fit for purpose, and maintaining records that support compliance and due diligence requirements. The role involves supporting adherence to site policies and procedures, using the QUOR quality management system effectively, and capturing key performance data to drive continuous improvement in food safety, quality, efficiency, waste, and labour performance. The QA Operative must communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels, adapt to changing practices and technology, and provide cover for the QA Supervisor when required.
