Quality Project Manager

At Ipsen, we are creating real impact every day for patients and society.

We are looking for an experienced Quality Project Manager to lead quality oversight for site projects and qualification activities at our Wrexham manufacturing site. We are in an exciting time of growth in Wrexham, with new product introduction and site development activities.

As a member of the Site Quality Leadership Team, you will play a key role in driving quality excellence, enabling business-critical projects and developing a high-performing team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Quality professionals supporting site projects and qualification activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen quality performance and compliance.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver sustainable and effective quality support.
  • Provide quality oversight for strategic projects while ensuring adherence to regulatory and GMP requirements.
  • Build trusted relationships across the business and with external partners.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, resource management and succession planning.
  • Champion a strong quality culture and foster collaboration across the organisation.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience within project management in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
  • Understanding of Quality systems and processes
  • Leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical quality systems and global regulatory requirements.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing operations, ideally within biologics or sterile manufacturing environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and problem-solving skills.
  • Degree-qualified in a relevant scientific or technical discipline.
  • A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
