Discover Impactful Work:
As a Resolution Technician, you will play a key role in providing technical support for Binding Site products, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries through laboratory investigations, with opportunity to collaborate across various departments within the company.
A Day in the Life:
- Provides world class technical support for Binding Site products through meticulous laboratory investigation of technical issues.
- Performs analysis of basic test data and report findings to manager and peers.
- Follow a daily schedule of assigned work, sourcing and preparing raw materials in a timely manner for successful work completion.
- Complete maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment, identifying and highlighting any performance or technical issues to your line manager.
- Demonstrate awareness and compliance to GMP, company quality and Health and Safety policies.

Keys To Success:
To succeed in this position, it is important to have a keen attention to detail and strong adherence to documented laboratory procedures. The ability to identify and raise technical issues, along with excellent collaboration skills, will be important. Effective organization and task prioritization will be key to growing in this role.
Education
- Minimum of 3 A-Levels (including one of more of Biology, Maths or Chemistry) required.
Experience
- Previous experience in a laboratory setting preferred
- Familiarity with GMP and H&S policies is a plus
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Proficient in performing routine maintenance and calibration procedures on laboratory equipment.
- Strong data entry and record-keeping skills
- Exceptional focus on detail and ability to recognize and address technical issues.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
This is a fixed 12 month contract, laboratory based in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunity for hybrid working.
