About the Role – QC Analyst (Biologics QC)
We are looking for an experienced QC professional to join our Biologics QC Team, supporting daily batch release testing of production materials. In this role, you will ensure compliance, data integrity, and process improvement across QA operations.
Responsibilities
The successful applicant will:
- Support batch release testing by:
- Following batch records meticulously
- Tracking and logging incoming materials accurately
- Ensuring process partners are updated on progress via JIRA ticket management

Root cause analysis and documentation:
- Updating and managing PRM (Process Performance Monitoring) and Stability protocols
- Tracking QC data for trend analysis and audits
- Administering items’ specifications and updating BPs (Batch Production Records)

Issue resolutions and risk management:
- Raising Change Notes, Deviations, CAPAs (Corrective Action Preventive Action) and Non-conformances
- Resolving anomalies while advocating for continuous improvement

Operational excellence:
- Contributing to general lab maintenance
- Supporting a GMP/GLP-compliant environment
Key Requirements & Qualifications
We are seeking a disciplined, detail-oriented professional with:

Industry experience:
- Background in medical devices or pharmaceuticals preferred
- Familiarity with QC/acceptance testing processes

Technical & analytical skills:
- Proficient in data analysis, statistical methods
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA)
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing (GMP) and Good Lab Practices (GLP)

- Interpersonal:
- Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams, partners, and Management
- Team player with a quality-first mindset
- Shown capability to advocate for process changes positively
- Attitude:
- Process-driven and customer-focused
- Self-motivated to ensure compliance and data reliability

- Academic Requirement:
- Minimum of a BSc (or equivalent) in a relevant life science, pharmacy or engineering discipline
