This role reports onsite in our London office.

The Role

The role requires excellent organisational skills, fantastic attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple projects, and work to often tight deadlines.

Ideal candidates will have previous QC experience, preferably in multiple languages, with a strong understanding of media formats and broadcast technical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring the quality control (QC) of English and dubbed content for multiple IPs, in both live action and animated formats, across 32+ languages. Reporting to the QC and Content Operations Manager, this role involves the timely processing of all original, dubbed, and subtitled content from multiple Moonbug departments and dubbing vendors, ensuring all audio and video content meets the standards required and any and all errors are noted and reported.
  • Works closely and collaboratively with the other teams within Moonbug Studios, most particularly the Production Operations and Post Production teams to expedite fixes and solutions for QC fails.

Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • QC of original and dubbed content to an exacting standard
  • Creating clear and actionable QC reports
  • Tracking inbound and outbound tasks through internal tracking software
  • Liaising with multiple teams to ensure the highest standards and deliver the fastest and highest quality fixes to failed content
