The Opportunity: QC Inspector for Textiles & Garments (USA)
We’re seeking a QC Inspector to travel to either Pennsylvania or Los Angeles for a high-impact assignment supporting QIMA’s Consumer Goods Division. This is a time-bound contract (4–6 weeks, extensible) for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
Reporting to an Operations Manager, you’ll:
- Daily Inspections:
- Monitor inbound email for inspection documentation and guidelines.
- Conduct supplier inspections on schedule with professional communication.
- Standard Implementation:
- Verify merchandise quality against QIMA procedures.
- Oversee container stuffing/loading ensuring compliance.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Generate detailed inspection reports using company protocols and deadlines.

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in quality management, with specialized expertise in softlines/garments/textiles/footwear.
- Proven knowledge of AQL standards and relevant safety/quality regulations (e.g., textile compliance codes).
- Fluent English: Clear written and spoken communication skills essential.
- Attention to detail: Critical for accurate reporting and adherence to standards.
- High professionalism: Strict ethical standards expected.
Additional Criteria
- Eligibility to work/enter the USA:
- Valid work authorization or eligibility under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP).
- Availability: Must commence assignment asap and commit to full duration.
