IFGlobal is a fast-growing 3PL and fulfillment business with operations across the UK, USA, and Europe. With a brand-new, state-of-the-art warehouse at Aviation Park West, we're scaling fast—and we want people who want to grow with us.

We're looking for a Reworks & Quality Control Operative to join our Hurn team, helping to ensure every product meets our clients' quality standards before it leaves our warehouse. You'll play a key role in maintaining accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction through detailed inspections and rework activities.

What you'll do:

  • Pick, process, and dispatch orders using handheld scanners.
  • Carry out rework activities including relabeling, repacking, kitting, and product modifications to customer specifications.
  • Perform quality control inspections on inbound and outbound products, identifying defects, damage, or discrepancies.
  • Ensure products meet customer quality standards, specifications, and compliance requirements before dispatch.
  • Record quality inspection results and report non-conformances or recurring quality issues to supervisors.
  • Quarantine damaged or non-compliant stock and support investigations into quality concerns.
  • Maintain stock accuracy and perform compliance checks.
  • Complete reports, quality documentation, and VMI labeling (training provided).
  • Load and unload deliveries and support other warehouse operations as required.
  • Keep your workspace safe, clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety procedures.
  • Work closely with warehouse, operations, and client teams to resolve quality issues and continuously improve processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
