Location: Segensworth, Fareham
Work Arrangement: Office-Based | Onsite-Based
Hours: 40 per week | Flex-Time Available | Early Finish Fridays

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive QHSE Administrator to support the effective administration and continuous improvement of our Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental management systems. Working closely with the HSEQ Manager you will help ensuring that our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems remain compliant, effective, and fully up to date. You will play a key role in supporting audits, coordinating corrective actions, maintaining essential records, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with brilliant attention to detail, strong organisational capability, and a genuine interest in building a career within Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental management. We are particularly interested in candidates who are motivated to develop their knowledge and progress their career as they gain experience in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the administration and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
  • Ensure all QHSE documents, records, and compliance data are accurate and kept fully up to date.
  • Coordinate and monitor corrective actions, audits, incidents, training records, and other QHSE activities.
  • Schedule and manage maintenance, inspections, servicing activities, and external contractor bookings.
  • Assist with internal audits, external certification audits, customer audits, and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a QHSE, quality, compliance, or administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word) and managing documentation systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Knowledge of ISO management systems and health & safety processes would be advantageous.
