The Role
As the QHSE Advisor, you will be responsible for leading health, safety, and environmental initiatives across multiple projects within the National Gas portfolio. Your daily activities will include reviewing RAMS, conducting safety inspections, developing and delivering toolbox talks, managing incidents, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to embed a culture of safety and best practices throughout project lifecycles.
You will have the following qualifications & experience:
- Proven expertise in QHSE management within the energy, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors
- Extensive knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 and safety legislation
- NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent qualification
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
