QHSE Compliance Training Manager

As our QHSE Compliance Training Manager, you'll lead the strategy, delivery and evolution of training programmes that keep our people safe, informed and empowered. Working with stakeholders across the UK, you'll drive a strong safety-first culture, champion innovative digital and blended learning solutions, and ensure training remains engaging, effective and fully compliant. Pay, Benefits and More:
- Full time, permanent position
- Working core hours of Monday to Friday between 08:00 to 17:00
- Salary of £40,000 to £50,000 per annum (dependent on level of experience)
- 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:
- Lead and shape the UK-wide QHSE training strategy, ensuring compliance, best practice and a strong safety-first culture across the business
- Develop and deliver engaging training programmes, using innovative digital and blended learning solutions to maximise impact and engagement
- Partner with senior stakeholders and operational teams, embedding QHSE standards and driving behavioural change at every level
- Monitor training effectiveness and compliance, maintaining robust records, supporting audits and continuously improving programmes based on feedback and performance data
- Drive continuous improvement, responding to industry changes, post-incident learnings and emerging risks to keep training relevant, effective and future-focused

What You Need to Succeed at GXO:
- A qualified training professional with a recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS, CTLLS or Level 4 Award in Education & Training. Additional Health & Safety qualifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH certificates would be highly desirable!
- Experienced in designing and delivering impactful training programmes, with a track record of managing large-scale or national learning initiatives that drive compliance and behavioural change
- Strong QHSE knowledge and a solid understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation
- An exceptional communicator and influencer, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels and building strong relationships across operational and leadership teams
- Flexible and self-motivated, with a willingness to travel extensively across the UK to support GXO sites, deliver training and champion best practice nationwide
