Job Description
Regional QHSE Coordinator | Chester-le-Street | Full-time
We're seeking a motivated Regional QHSE Coordinator to join our growing QHSE team. This developmental role offers clear progression to Regional QHSE Manager and provides hands-on experience in Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental management.

Key Responsibilities
- Support QHSE compliance across operational business units
- Assist with Integrated Management System (IMS) development and ISO alignment
- Support internal/external audits and corrective action tracking
- Monitor QHSE performance, KPIs, and incident reporting
- Attend site visits and audits for practical experience
Requirements
- NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum)
- Technical IOSH membership or working towards
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail
- Influencing and negotiation skills
