QHSE Manager
Manufacture of High-Volume Consumer Products - Plastic
Based Banbury, Oxfordshire
£55,000 p.a. plus benefits.
Keter, established over 77 years ago, are a global leader and manufacturer of resin based durable consumer lifestyle products including patio and garden furniture and indoor and outdoor storage solutions, in a rapidly expanding market sector.
They produce well-known brands such as Curver, Stewart and Keter from manufacturing sites globally, and their well invested site in Banbury, Oxfordshire, which operates 24/7, and houses injection and rotational moulding technology and sophisticated robotics, employs c180 people.
Already with a sound record, the company is looking to recruit a Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental professional who is committed to continuous improvement and who will play a ‘hands on’ role in continuing to develop QHSE culture and behaviours.

Reporting to the Operations Director and acting as a champion, advisor and guide, duties will include:
- Initiating, planning and developing processes and projects to define and implement quality and health & safety practices within Keter’s manufacturing, supply chain and commercial operation.
- Ensuring overall quality control of processes, raw materials and products in line with regulatory and industry standards.
- Working with the senior team on the continual development of a behavioural based health & safety culture.
- Creating a roadmap for the continuous improvement of quality and safety, promoting best practice across all departments and processes.
- Leading and developing a small team, driving a high-performance quality and health & safety culture through education and training.
Educated to a high standard, and ideally NEBOSH qualified, candidates will have experience in a Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental role, gained in a complex, multi-product, high volume manufacturing environment.
