Job Title: QHSEI Manager
Location: Wimbledon, UK

What You Would Do
As our QHSEI Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the continued growth and evolving needs of our business. In the role you will lead and develop our integrated management systems, ensuring compliance with ISO, BSI and NSI standards while promoting best practice across Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Information Security, Business Continuity, Sustainability and Corporate Compliance. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will drive continuous improvement, support operational excellence, and help maintain the highest standards across the organisation.
You would also:
- Manage and maintain ISO, NSI, Cyber Essentials, and other business management systems across multiple sites, ensuring consistent compliance with quality, environmental, health & safety, and security standards.
- Assist stakeholders and site teams with the implementation, ongoing use, and continuous improvement of management systems, policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
- Plan, coordinate, and assist internal and external audits, certification activities, and compliance reporting, including ISO, BSI, NSI, SafeContractor, and Cyber Essentials requirements.
- Monitor operational and manufacturing quality performance, provide KPI and compliance reporting, and support the resolution of quality, safety, environmental, and product compliance issues.
- Lead sustainability and environmental initiatives, coordinate health & safety activities, collaborate with divisional teams, and deputise for the Systems Manager when required.
The Skills And Experience You Need
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong knowledge of ISO standards, with NSI standards experience considered advantageous, and practical experience conducting internal and external audits.
- Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across internal teams and external partners.
- Is proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently, using initiative to manage priorities and resolve issues.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to learning and using new business software and management systems.
- Is willing and able to travel within the UK and internationally, holding a full driving licence and passport, and able to meet BS7858 security vetting requirements.
