Job Description:

QNX provides the trusted foundation that software-defined and physical AI systems depend on to operate safely and predictably in the real world. For nearly half a century, QNX has powered safety-critical applications where failure is not an option. The business leads the way in delivering safe and secure operating systems, hypervisors, middleware, solutions, and development tools, along with the support and services delivered by trusted embedded software experts. Today, QNX technology underpins hundreds of millions of vehicles on the road and a wide range of mission-critical systems across industrial controls, robotics, medical devices, commercial transportation, rail, and aerospace and defense.

Are you the person we're looking for?

From industrial automation and robotics to medical devices and transportation, QNX technology sits at the heart of products that must work every time. You’ll lead the team responsible for bringing these solutions to customers across Europe — and for building long-term partnerships that define the future of embedded innovation.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our European General Embedded Sales Team. You will drive strategic growth across industrial, medical, transportation, robotics, and broader embedded markets. You are a commercially driven leader who thrives at the intersection of technology and business. You understand how embedded systems are built, how engineering teams make platform decisions, and how to guide a sales team through complex technical engagements. You bring energy, clarity, and strategic focus — and you know how to turn customer relationships into long-term partnerships. Your leadership will directly influence revenue growth, customer success, and QNX’s strategic position in the European market.

In return for your talent and enthusiasm, we will provide you with an attractive compensation, commission & benefits package. You will also have the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and international environment, working alongside outstanding colleagues and state-of-the-art technology. In short, you bring the talent and we provide the environment, tools, and resources for you to succeed, win big, and accelerate your professional growth & development.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
