Hours: 37.5 hours per week

The Opportunity
As a QP Study Lead, you'll play a pivotal role by:
- Welcoming new customers and ensuring uninterrupted delivery of QP Services.
- Guaranteeing alignment with agreed timelines while consistently exceeding expectations.
- Coordination of tasks both internally (within your department) and cross-functionally (with other Almac teams).
- Serving as the primary point of contact for your clients within Almac.
- Cultivating strong relationships with clients through seamless communication and collaboration across all phases of service delivery.

Requirements
Essential Criteria
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Be eligible to work in the UK without restrictions, or hold a valid work permit.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification).
- Have substantial experience in project management within a customer-facing environment.

- Proven ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a professional and adaptable mindset
- Ability to take full accountability for project delivery outcomes
