Who can apply:
This grant is open to students who plan to attend NeurIPS in 2026 and are currently pursuing advanced studies (Master, PhD or Post Doc) within a STEM subject.
How to Apply:
- Prepare a copy of your CV/resume.
- Include details of any paper submission to NeurIPS 2026, if applicable.
- Submit your application via our website.
All applications will be reviewed by an expert panel at QRT. Selection decisions are made at QRT’s discretion and successful applicants will be contacted directly with next steps.
Additional considerations:
- Preference will be given to applicants who are presenting a paper or poster at NeurIPS 2026.
- Applicants must not already be in receipt of another travel grant or sponsorship for this conference, except where funding is provided by your university or academic institution.

All applications must be submitted by Friday, October 2nd 2026. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.

- Travel and accommodation fully covered
- A daily stipend
