The Role
We are seeking Software Engineers/Developers at all experience levels to support a growing portfolio of projects. You will work within project teams delivering bespoke software solutions and applications to meet customer needs. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will enjoy the variety and challenges that working on a wide variety of projects brings.
Tasks include:
Design and development efficient, maintainable, high-quality code Design, implement and execute automated tests Contribute to agile ceremonies including reviews and retrospectives Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues Support delivery of robust software solutions to defence and training customers
Essential
Experience and Skills
Programming skills in one or more of C#, C++, Java, Unreal Engine Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organisational and communications skills Ability to work effectively within collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams
Desirable
Experience in simulation, training systems, gaming, modelling, AI, AI/VR and/or defence domains Ideally a degree in a numerate subject (or equivalent practical experience)
