CILEX delivers accessible Distance Learning and Apprenticeships to the Legal Sector. We are seeking a person to co-ordinate activities that support the delivery of our qualifications and assessments. This role will co-ordinate the timely delivery of exams and results for CILEX students.
Key Activities include:
- Managing exam bookings and scheduling exams
- Processing student results
- Keeping accurate, up to date records and maintaining data bases
- Maintaining delivery schedules
- Supporting the implementation of new system functionality for assessment delivery
- Producing data reports to inform planning and performance analysis
- Formatting and proof-reading documentation for publication
- Publishing and maintaining documentation on the website and other media
- Supporting colleagues and external stakeholders

- Education to A Level or equivalent
- Previous administrative experience
- IT confidence – particularly Microsoft Office, Excel formulae, IT systems, SharePoint
- A track record of accuracy, efficiency and excellent organisational skills
- Experience of working in an awarding organisation or end-point assessment organisation, along with working knowledge of qualifications and apprenticeships
