Qualified Bus Driver

Location: Kilmarnock

Join Stagecoach as a qualified bus driver and get your career moving with a fantastic £2,500 joining bonus! You’ll receive £500 after a 4-week qualifying period, £1,000 after 12 months, and a further £1,000 after 24 months. There’s no better time to join.

Pay & Progression

  • £15.10 per hour from 15th June 2026
  • £15.25 per hour from 26th October 2026
  • £15.50 per hour from 25th January 2027

Equivalent to £588.90 per week / £33,120 per year including uplifts (pro rata for part-time)

Overtime available to boost earnings

What We’re Looking For

  • Age 18+
  • Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
  • Minimum 1 year driving experience
  • Friendly, reliable and eager to learn
  • Right to work in the UK (DVLA requirement: 183+ days presence)
