Qualified Commercial Tyre Fitter Location: Leeds About Truckforce Our TruckForce service network is made up of Goodyear equity-owned hubs and independent service providers specialising in the lifecycle management of truck tyres. Goodyear tyres are the product of over 100 years of innovation and state-of-the-art technology, offering very high levels of performance and safety and is a brand that is looking for several tyre fitters to support them all the way through their career. Why This Role Matters · Support the safe and efficient operation of commercial vehicles. · Deliver reliable, high-quality service that keeps customers moving. · Represent the business through professional and customer-focused service. · Contribute to maintaining strong safety and operational standards. What You’ll Do · Carry out tyre fitting and maintenance for commercial vehicles. · Attend customer sites and roadside breakdowns as required. · Deliver services in line with company standards and service agreements. · Complete job documentation accurately using digital tools. · Maintain company vehicle and equipment to a high standard. · Follow all health and safety procedures at all times. · Manage and prioritise workload effectively. What We’re Looking For · Recognised qualification in tyre fitting (Bus, Truck & Coach or Roadside Breakdown). · Proven experience as a commercial tyre fitter. · Valid UK driving licence. · Confident using digital devices such as tablets or computers. · Strong customer service and communication skills. · Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively. · Safety-focused, reliable, and motivated. Important Information: · Full-time, permanent role with opportunities across the UK. · Overtime, Callouts and Weekend work may be required. · Competitive salary plus overtime, callouts, and bonus potential (£35,000 - £45,000 OTE). · Company van, equipment, and full health & safety training provided. · Benefits include holiday allowance, pension, life assurance, and employee discounts.
