Service Care Solutions is currently working in partnership with a highly professional and well-established law firm with offices located across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Qualified Conveyancing Lawyer to join their expanding Residential Property team on either a fully remote or hybrid basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated conveyancing professional who is looking to join a forward-thinking firm that offers flexibility, high-quality work, and genuine opportunities for long-term career development.

Responsibilities as a Qualified Conveyancer:
- Manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.
- Work independently while being supported by an experienced team and modern case management systems.
- The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload including, Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, Remortgages, Transfers of equity, New build transactions, Shared ownership matters, Right to Buy transactions, Lease extensions (desirable), Providing excellent client care throughout the conveyancing process.

The right candidate must have minimum 5 years PQE and the salary is £65K+ DOE.
